Our Story
Why One of Each?

Why is it called “One of Each”? The easy answer is that we’d love for you to enjoy each one of our wines and our savory and sweet offerings, too!
But there’s a more personal story behind the name. One of Each is also a tribute to our twin children, Evan and Kailey. Having twins has taught us that two things can be incredibly different while still belonging perfectly together. They each have their own personalities, their own interests, and their own way of seeing the world — and we wouldn’t change a thing about either of them.
That idea is at the heart of One of Each. We believe there’s something special about discovering what makes each person, each wine, each bite, and each experience unique. Some will be bold, some delicate, some unexpected, and some will become instant favorites. And just like our twins, each has a story worth getting to know.
More Than Just a Wine Bar
We want One of Each to be a place where people come together — a place to slow down, share a bottle and a board, discover something new, and make memories.
Whether you’re stopping in for a glass of wine after work, getting together with friends, or celebrating something special, there’s always a reason to gather around the table. We’ll host private parties, celebrations, and special events, and we’ll regularly feature live music to make your evening a little more memorable.
We also hope One of Each becomes a place where you can create your own traditions. Maybe it’s a monthly book club with friends, a birthday celebration, a girls’ night out, date night, a small business gathering, or simply meeting someone for a glass of wine and a good conversation.
Our goal is to create a space that feels welcoming and comfortable — a place where there’s always room for one more.
So when you visit One of Each, we hope you’ll embrace the spirit of the name: try something new, find your favorites, gather with people you love, and enjoy a little bit of everything.
Because sometimes the best way to find what you love is to have one of each.
